GENERAL RULES OF THE SCHOOL

1. School hours: 7.30am  to  1.15pm.  However students of LKG and UKG not using school bus can leave by 12.35.

 

2. Students must not wear or bring any valuable items like gold jewellery / expensive watches / mobiles / cash to school. School will not be responsible for loss of any materials.

    Use of make-up is not allowed.

 

3. Phones are not permitted in the school premises. Teachers will confiscate any phone they see and it will be returned to the parent by the Principal in the first instance. If a

   student has the phone a second time it will be returned to the parent at the end of the academic year.

 

4. Students must be punctual. They must settle down in their classes with the first bell.

 

5. The school will not be responsible, before or after the school hours, for the students who use private transport.

 

6. Students suffering from infectious diseases shall not be permitted to attend the school until full recovery supported by a medical certificate. For diseases like chicken pox,

    mumps and measles or any kind of viral infection, the isolation period is 14 days.

 

7. In the case of long leave or leave during tests/exams. Permission should be taken from the head of the school. In other cases a leave letter must be submitted to the class 

    teacher.

 

8. Students are not allowed to meet parents/visitors during class hours without the permission of the Head of the school. Telephone calls to the students unless urgent will not be

    entertained.

 

9.  Students are not allowed to leave the school premises without the permission of the Head of the school. They are not allowed to enter any class other than their own.

 

10. Students should take care to keep class-room and school premises neat and clean.

 

11. Chewing gum is strictly forbidden in the school premises/buses.

PARENTS TEACHERS MEETING AND PARENTS’ VISIT

Parents / Guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or teachers in the classroom without permission. A written permission may be granted by the Principal / Vice – Principal at their discretion. Parents teachers meeting is in each term ( dates are mentioned in School calendar ).

 

SCHOOL TRANSPORT

 

1. Transport facilities are provided for the convenience of the students. However, it is not an obligatory service of the school.

 

2. Transport will be available only on the routes and at the stops fixed by the school at the beginning of every academic year. Any change is at the discretion of the school.

 

3. Students travelling by the school bus should wear correct badges to avoid boarding the wrong bus.

 

4. Students must report at their scheduled stops at the fixed time. If they fail, the school will not be responsible for their being left out.

 

5. Students misbehaving in the bus will be liable for punishment.

 

6. Parents and students will not deal with the drivers directly.

 

7. One month’s notice should be given or one month’s fees will be charged in lieu of notice for discontinuing the transport facilities.

 

WITHDRAWAL

​

1. Application for withdrawal is to be made in the prescribed form and submitted to the Principal at least one month in advance, prior to the date of leaving.

 2.The transfer certificates will be issued only if all the school dues including fees for the current term have been paid and school property taken on loan, if any, has been

    returned.

SCHOOL FEES

​

1. School fees are payable in advance on the specified date.

2. Fees once paid are not refundable.

3. If a student attends school during the term, full term fee will be charged irrespective of the number of days attended.

4. In case of admission between September and March one month’s additional fee will be charged.

5. Small children should not be entrusted with payment of fees.

UNIFORMS

 

Note:

1. Uniform is available in school’s store. The uniform that is bought from outside is not allowed in school.

2. Students without proper uniform will not be allowed to attend the classes.
